Base model: area × material range, with disclosed planning factors for cantilever/custom complexity.
Limits
Small jobs receive a planning floor; large projects receive lower confidence; above 3,000 m² no generic price is shown.
VAT and cities
We do not automatically add VAT to ambiguous published ranges, and we do not invent a city multiplier without a standardised dataset.
